 an interactive talk on some of the topics related to gender and physics th
 at we have discussed in our group. In particular we will give journal-club
  style review talks on the two papers “How well-intentioned white male p
 hysicists maintain ignorance of inequity and justify inaction" and “Toxi
 c workplaces are the main reason women leave academic jobs. After each par
 t we provide space for discussions prompted by questions that make the par
 ticipants reflect on their own experiences.
